Callaway Golf Customer Service… Par Excellence..

I recently bought a Callaway FT-5 driver because it helped me to finally break 100… I know. I suck… but I said to myself that day when I borrowed the club as a loaner that if this thing straightened out my drive and I broke the 100 barrier I would buy it.. I finally found one at a reasonable price… I went out again and played another round.. and guess what.. with my crappy swing I broke the graphite shaft… I called Callaway and talked to the customer service rep… they apologized.. paid for me to ship the broken club out to them.. they re-shafted the club and sent it right back… AWESOME!! I’ll comment again on the club itself once I get back out again.. who knows with global warming I maybe able to book some tee time in the next couple of weeks…
